The Infant-Toddler Program
In my infant/toddler program, the children are allowed to learn through firsthand sensory experiences of feeling, listening, smelling, tasting, and observing. The program enables the children to handle, manipulate, experiment, and explore. The program will prepare the infants for my preschool program.
I utilize the Buttercups™ infant program to enhance my infant/toddler curriculum. It consists of a structured program that offers a multitude of activities specifically designed to develop large and fine motor skills, as well as provide music, language, art, cognitive, and sensory experiences.
The Preschool Program
My preschool program consists of a licensed, structured, and approved curriculum. The children are given opportunities to facilitate intellectual growth and problem-solving skills through manipulative games, foster imagination through dramatic play, and instill a love of literature through reading and music.
I utilize the Fireflies™ preschool program to enhance my preschool curriculum. Generally, this program is geared toward 3 to 5-year-olds. However, I make exceptions for younger children who are developmentally ready to advance to the preschool environment.
